Accessibility statement

Our commitment

Shoonya Media wants everyone to be able to find jobs, apply, and manage their hiring with us. We design and test this website to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, level AA.

What we do

  • Every page can be used with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus indicator and a “Skip to content” link.
  • Pages use headings, landmarks, labelled form fields and descriptive error messages that are announced by screen readers.
  • Text and controls meet colour-contrast requirements, and the site works when zoomed or on a small phone screen.
  • Nothing changes automatically when you select an option; you choose when to apply a filter or submit a form.
  • We check pages with automated accessibility tests on every change, and review key journeys by hand.

Known limitations

We have not yet completed an independent accessibility audit, so we cannot claim formal conformance. If you find something that does not work for you, please tell us. Some uploaded documents (such as resumes or offer letters supplied as PDF files) are created by other people and may not be accessible.
